Every package includes review of existing documents, written findings, a document-gap list and a meeting after the report. One package covers one working arrangement, equipment type and state. Selecting both buys two separately delivered packages at twice the package price. Basic with one arrangement is paid in full. Adding your company information and logo, plus small edits up to two hours, is an optional paid add-on. Price: $499 per package. For one arrangement, delivery is within five business days from payment receipt. Both arrangements start with one $499 review deposit; preparation follows the review, report, meeting and confirmed payment of the remaining balance, including selected paid customization.

Premium: Standard paperwork plus ISO 14001 environmental and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety systems, with additional and expanded policies and procedures. Specialist freight paperwork is agreed after review. Price: $9,999 per package. Start with one $499 review deposit. Delivery takes 30–40 business days after review, agreement on scope and receipt of full payment.

Review, report and meeting for every package

We start the review after confirmed payment: full payment for Basic with one arrangement; one $499 review deposit for Standard or Premium, or for Basic with both arrangements.
We review the documents you use and send written findings with a document-gap list, then arrange a free meeting to discuss the report and recommend the package and scope.
Standard and Premium include six hours of paperwork-review work. Related review meetings are free and do not use those hours. You also receive a quote for the remaining package work.
For deposit purchases, preparation starts after review, agreement on scope and confirmation of full payment. Any upgrade, paid customization or extra paperwork is agreed before that work starts.
Standard and Premium include an implementation follow-up meeting 30 days after delivery. Extra training and meetings outside the included scope are quoted separately.

Company details, state editions and extras

Basic's optional paid customization adds your company information and logo, with small edits up to two hours. Select it in the existing cart. For one arrangement it is paid with the package; for both it applies to each package and is added to the remaining balance.
Standard/Premium customization and extra services are confirmed and priced in the agreed scope. No free branding or editing allowance is promised.
Government, UPS, pharmaceutical and other specialist freight can require additional paperwork. We discuss what applies to the operation and quote the appropriate Standard/Premium scope. Documentation does not promise loads, contracts or eligibility.
Each package covers one working arrangement, equipment type and state. Selecting both arrangements means separate W-2 and owner-operator packages and files at twice the full package price, with one initial review deposit credited once. Discuss additional states and any available discount in a meeting.
Extra work, training and meetings outside included scope are quoted separately. Purchasing management-system paperwork does not provide ISO certification.

ISO systems, scope and deposit terms

Standard’s ISO 9001 quality management system sets out processes and responsibilities and explains how to review and improve them. Premium adds ISO 14001 environmental management and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management, addressing environmental responsibilities and workplace hazards and risks. Your company implements and maintains the systems; paperwork does not provide ISO certification. Pay one $499 review deposit toward your package price for Standard or Premium, or for Basic with both arrangements. Standard and Premium include six hours of paperwork-review work; related review meetings are free. Preparation follows review, agreed scope and confirmed full payment. To have the deposit deducted once, place your remaining-balance order through the payment link within 30 days after we receive the deposit. You can request a deposit refund within 24 hours after payment receipt. After that window, if you decide not to continue, contact us to use the deposit for one Basic package for your selected state and chosen arrangement; a second Basic package costs extra. If Magellan causes a delay, you may choose a refund or continue the work. Extra training, meetings and work outside the included scope are quoted separately.
